CLIENT REVIEWS FOR STACEY ISAACS
The skills Stacey uniquely brings to the process really benefited us. She helped us quickly zero in on the neighborhood. She understood our tastes and where we could stretch or compromise. Stacey found “the one”. She envisioned and easily communicated the affordable transformations that would get us exactly where we wanted. I cannot underscore the importance of that skill.
We landed a lovely mid-century modern retreat in a canyon within walking distance of Montclair. We love it and will make it our own! Grab Stacey to help you.

After Stacey got an initial feel for the house style and price point we were looking for, she worked tirelessly in searching for that perfect home by arranging for appropriate open house visits, and sometimes before scheduled times to accommodate our busy schedule.
While we did not win our first offer on a house we bid on, Stacey kept our spirits high even though we were very disappointed. She said “ the right house is still out there. And I will find it for you!”
We eventually found another perfect home, but had to make the offer outside the U.S. because of a previously scheduled trip. Stacey made all the arrangements, was in constant contact with us via phone and the internet, and successfully negotiated the terms of our offer with the seller’s agent, and we were able to win the bid when we were outside of the U.S.!
When we returned to the U.S. Stacey accompanied us to the title company to witness the document signing, and to celebrate our mutual win.
The above is a testament to Stacey’s can do spirit and work ethic. I’m highly recommending Stacey as an agent to represent you as a buyer or seller. Stacey is very honest and personable, has outstanding knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market place and knows how to present a winning offer, even composing the buyers requisite “love letter” to the seller.
A very happy and appreciative client.
My husband and I were relocating from the UK to the Bay Area with our two young children and hoped to buy a house before we arrived. We knew we wanted to be in the East Bay and wanted an open-plan family home in a friendly neighborhood. Stacey asked us what kind of lifestyle we were hoping to have in the Bay Area - in our case, we wanted lots of time outdoors, lots of entertaining, and easy walking distance to shops.
Working with Stacey from abroad, she scouted out countless open houses for us and eventually pointed us at the house we ended up buying. Because we couldn't be there ourselves, Stacey sent detailed descriptions, lots of videos and pictures and gave her personal insights into the pros and cons of each property. Because she lives here, we really trusted and valued her expertise on East Bay neighborhoods, and even streets within neighborhoods.
It's a bit nerve-wracking to buy a house without seeing it for yourself but with Stacey's attention to detail and understanding of our priorities, we knew we were in good hands. And we couldn't be happier with our home or more excited about the next chapter for our family here!

Stacey was more than just our real estate agent, she was a new found friend and someone we could rely on in all aspects of the sale of our home.
Prompt and attentive, she always delivered on what she promised and helped guide us through the entire sale process.
The sale of our home far exceeded our expectations and we believe this was directly attributed to Stacey's professionalism and creative approach, not to mention her chocolate chip cookies.
We would highly recommend Stacey and Highland Partners to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
