Anne joins Highland Partners in 2020, bringing with her an abundance of knowledge and accomplishment. With 10 years of experience working as a full-time Real Estate Professional in the East Bay, Anne is a well-known Agent with an arsenal of skills.
In 2008 Anne and her husband Josh got their start by purchasing a major fixer in Oakland and completed the entire remodel on their own— truly a labor of love. This hands-on project galvanized Anne’s excitement for property development and real estate, which lead her to join boutique brokerage, Lawton Associates. Most recently Anne has enjoyed working with San Francisco’s Sotheby’s International Realty.
Anne’s clients love her honesty and ability to hone in on their needs. Her experience and meticulous, ethical attention to detail give her an advantage in this fiercely competitive environment for Buyers, and especially Sellers looking for a top dollar response from the marketplace. Her focus is to bring maximum value to a process requiring responsiveness, vision, creativity, safety, management, and humor.
Anne is originally from Germany but her Bay Area roots run deep. Her mother’s family are descendants of the Bowen & Co., San Francisco, and Oakland Merchants during the previous turn of the century – the main building at 250 Sutter, built just after the 1906 earthquake, still stands.
Anne holds a master’s degree in German Literature & Cultural Studies from the University of Bremen, Germany and worked in the field of journalism at a local Bay Area news station.
Anne and Josh enjoy spending time with their young daughter. They are cycling enthusiasts who appreciate the natural beauty of the Bay Area, both rural and city. Anne loves the abundance the East Bay offers and tries to get out to enjoy it as much as possible.
