In 2009 there was a need for a luxury boutique residential real estate agency in the San Francisco Bay Area’s East Bay region. HIGHLAND PARTNERS was founded to serve the community and fulfill that gap. In order to provide a superior level of luxury, including a concierge service, Heidi Marchesotti, a top producing agent for over 10 years, sought to join forces with the most motivated, intelligent and ethical people in the industry. It was also important to Heidi that the partners were equally passionate and believed strongly in giving back to the community.
Three individuals stood out among the rest, and she partnered with Adam Betta, Debbi DiMaggio, and Mindy Sun to form HIGHLAND PARTNERS. Adam Betta and Debbi DiMaggio have an outstanding success record and reputation. Mindy Sun has real estate investment savvy that is unsurpassed. Together, Heidi, Adam, Debbi and Mindy had one goal in mind: Build better communities through education and involvement while providing an unparalleled customer service experience.
HIGHLAND PARTNERS is a Franchisee of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. The result of the partnership is a real estate agency with a boutique feel where the agents have in depth knowledge of their local market, coupled with an international presence for their clients.
With the partnership in place, a business plan based on real estate expertise, and a passion to build better communities, HIGHLAND PARTNERS opened the doors to their first of two locations at 342 Highland Avenue in Piedmont, CA in 2009. The company grew rapidly, tripling their agents by 2011. With the successful acquisition of their second Montclair office, their population of experienced, community-focused agents grew to over 100 in 2013.
The partners continue to create a company culture that provides unrivaled integrity, service and technology to their agents and clients, while also committing to give back to the communities they serve. To date, 100% of their talented agents volunteer with, or donate to, the community each year. Partners Heidi Marchesotti, Adam Betta, Debbi DiMaggio and Mindy Sun continue to excel in their field while fostering community involvement and expanding their agency.
